Alt tags are a text alternative to images when a browser can't properly render them. Even when the image is rendered, if you hover over it with your mouse pointer, you can see the alt tag text created for that image (depending on your browser settings).

Just use the alt tag.

for this you can use alt text, google do not read images so an alternate method in the way of alt text are given in image section so write the related word about your image.

You can optimize your image for Google search by doing the following:

1. Save the image on your computer with the desired keyword you are optimizing for. So the image name would be something like yourkeyword.jpg

2. Use the keyword in the title

3. Use the keyword in the alt text.

I think those are the three basic methods of optimizing image for Google image result.
