A site map is a list of pages of a web site accessible to crawlers or users. It can be either a document in any form used as a planning tool for Web design, or a Web page that lists the pages on a Web site, typically organized in hierarchical fashion.

Sitemap is a way to tell search engines about all pages of your site. There are two types of sitemap.

1. XML Sitemap (used for search engine bot)

2. HTML Sitemap (used for search User)

It is the method to tell users about your website pages.

Sitemap is a list of all sub pages in your domain.

There are two types of sitemaps one is XML sitemap and other is Html sitemap. XML sitemap id created for search engines and html sitemap for online visitors. The sitemaps contains links of webpages to get information fast.
