Hi friends, I want to know the difference in organic Vs. Paid results.

In which i will be getting more conversions?

Paid Result means you need to pay for Google, when ever user clicks your Ads.
Organic results means SEO, you need to optimize your website based on the guidelines given by Google.

For immediate traffic Paid result is Good, but for long term process Organic is better.

Organic search result appears in search engine because of their relevance to the search term. In paid result search result includes pay per click advertising. If you want your website to rank higher without paying then an organic result is better.
