Hi friends, please i want to know which one is the most important to rank on the search engin, on page seo, or off page seo??

Both are equally important I'd say.

However, I've seen some new websites rank highly for certain keywords. And others are really slow and badly structured, yet they rank well. So if you had to choose between the two, I'd say on-page is probably more important. Content is king after all.
