Link Juice passing in URL Redirection

Let say I have a website A. Now what have to do is to redirect (in both case "redirect 301" and "redirect 302") it to another website B. I want to know at that time will link juice pass from Website A to Website B?

Link juice will pass from Website A to Website B only with 301 redirect.
