There are many people who can help with this but I guess the best way is to get a reputable SEO company to do it for you .. I asked a question about the best SEO companies before but I did not get lots of help/answers ..

Google it and you will get some companies .. I would not myself hire a random person over the internet unless someone I know recommended him/her .. though some websites might provide you with reviews about each SEO expert ... that might be helpful ..

The last option is to do it yourself but that will cost you lots of time and effort with a questionable results ...
