Can I create an infographic and post it in info-graphic directory rather than posting it first in my blog? The website does not have a blog.

In some of the infographic submission website, they don't have the option to upload the infographic but to add the link source of the infographic. So in such websites, I won't be able to add them?

The reason for posting infographic is to gain traffic & get quality backlinks. So, should I submit the infographic only in the websites which have an option to add an URL?

Is it a good idea to have a folder in the website for infographics? For example, domainname.com/infographics
