you must be knowing where you created the link, if you think it is bad then just ask the admin to remove it or login to your account on that site and remove it your self.

You need to review each link of your site & than remove it manually.

Contact the website owners to inform them to remove your link but it will take time and effort then submit a reconsideration request for Google and while waiting for the result take time to build quality links for your site.:)

Firstly you need to go through the backlinks of the website and then sort out the quality and harmful links. Create a txt file of such low quality or harmful backlinks and then upload the file to webmaster tools under Disavow option.

Disavow means you are telling Google not to consider such links as a backlink of the website and not to penalize the website.
