Error on Wordpress sitemap.xml?

I have a problem with xml sitemap on worpress.It is not recognized by webmaster tool and show the notification it is blocked by robots.txt. But I Checked it is not blocked by robots.txt. Please help me how to solve this problem. ,

Sometimes resetting the permalink structure will quickly solve a 404 error from a recent change to your installation. Go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks and click save without altering anything
