I think no new technique in SEO, but unique content is must to any activities.

Content marketing is the new technique and most powerful technique for traffic generation.

Usually i am still relying on old techniques but recently someone told me that adding good quality relevant links on your website also gives you good rank some time, so from last few weeks i am trying this technique.though i am not sure whether it is working or not.please make sure that you add links relevant to you site and useful to visitors.

No New Techniques In SEO but you use HIgh PR and high DA for make strong backlinks.
