Agree with you sir!
The site should be mobile friendly which can fit the stretch level or we say the resolution level of a mobile as well as a browser. there are " media queries " in CSS for that. Plus analytics can be used to check if the site is mobile friendly or not.
On the other side. I havent yet seen much results because of this mobilegeddon changes. May be it wil take some time ?
