Do you think website business model is same as real estate
 

I have heard many quoting that website business model is same as real estate business, although i understand that what they mean is registering a domain name is same as registering land, and building website is similar to building infrastructure, but is this comparison really true and mentioned some where officially or is it just a hypothetical myth, do you think the value that we get from real estate is comparable to a website.

yes of course because website business is an integral part of real estate business

website business need a lot of database

one might say its similar but not the same,
process and procedure in a real estate business is more stringent,
also the huge gap in difference of funds required to do both separates and differentiates them drastically.
