Website Optimization VS Backlinking - How important?
 

If you know from experience, or if you had to guess, how important percentage wise out of 100 can be allocated to the optimization within your website itself including all the code, the anchor tags, keywords, title, meta, content, etc. VS backlinking including getting your website URL all over the internet?

My opinion is 40 / 60

I will say 40 / 60, for ranking any website 40 % optimization and 60 % backlinks creation is required.
