take a look on google page speed for more improvement

- There seems to be a number of popups which isn't good for user experience
- Should make it mobile responsive?

And i had to wait to come back to your site....
Better remove this!

It looks more like a blog rather than a website but it's OK for a start.

I think you need to work on your page loading time, that is only thing i feel you need to rectify.
