Hay Guys !!!
Tell me what is the benefit of submitting sitemap ? And give me the precess of it.

A sitemap is an XML file which acts as a directory of the website, which guides the crawlers to follow the link of each and every web page of the website. You can submit it from Google webmaster tool.

Sitemap is not only a map of website but it's a communication tool between our site and search engine robots.

XML and HTML sitemap both are important because of this XML for bot and HTML for users.

It helps easily index the webpages to search engines.

A sitemap is simply a list of your pages in a single page layout. When a visitor goes to your site they can access the sitemap to find any pages that they are interested in viewing. Usually the sitemap is to benefit the people who visit your site and give them a quick and easy way to navigate your site.
A sitemap has a benefit for the search engines as well. This sitemap will let the Google robot see how pages, such as those in the fourth and fifth level, fit into your site. If you link to your sitemap page from your homepage, all of the pages listed in your sitemap will be no farther from your home page than the third level. This will encourage Google to index your entire site.

Importance of sitemap:
1. Sitemaps provide a path for search engines.
2. Navigation is enhanced.
3. The site becomes more visible to the search engine “spiders”.
4. Search engines will index the pages of the site.
5. Search engines are informed of any changes to the site.
6. Following changes, search engines can index the pages quicker. Since indexing is not done immediately, but, sitemaps accelerate the process.
7. Search engines follow the links on the sitemap, thus indexing all the pages of the site.

Submitting a sitemap to Google will not help you improve your rankings. Sitemaps are a great way help the search engines crawl your site more efficiently, but that doesn't guarantee search rankings in any way.

What I'd recommend is to make sure you have a good internal/external linking architecture in place, backed by relevant content and optimized title/descriptions/headers.

Also, keep in mind that "rankings" are very subjective now; Google now uses personalization of search results. This changes search results based on many different factors for different users.
