thefreelibrary pr7 allows 2 links below the third paragraph in the article body and author bio, reviews your submission usually within 3 days

ezinearticles pr6 allows 1 no follow link in article body and 2 dofollow in author bio, they take forever to review your articles on a new account, but once you work your way up there level membership they approve fairly quickly.

gather.com pr6 auto approves

articleblast pr5 approves article automatically, seem to have a pretty free range on article lengh and links.

ideamarketers pr5 auto approve, though ive find articles seem to take a long time to be indexed by google even with bookmarking them

pubarticles pr5 approved within 3 days, 2 links allowed in article body, they accept pretty much any article no matter how badly written it seems.

articlesfactory pr4 reviews your article usually within 3 days, one link allowed in article body others in author bio
