Pinterest any good for SEO?
 

I have been seeing some Pinterest posts and boards ranking on the first page for some search terms. Has anyone here tried to use Pinterest for SEO rankings?

For m my point of view it does not work so much.You simply create boards and people see it and skip it.Pinterest is for other kind of stuff.It is more social than Business oriented.

Pinterest is a famous social networking site. It's good for SEO purpose.

I am using Pinterest as a promotion channel particularly when promoting site has unique images. It also helps to invite new visitors but I don’t use it to boost ranking. In recent times, Google started to demonstrate social profile link as well in search results. That’s why Pinterest post is relevant to SEO.

If your Website is not static then Pintrest is very useful.

I think there are only selected business niches that can benefit from Pinterest. Not mainly for SEO, but for increasing online presence, marketing and promotion purposes.
