it looks your site is not responive ..so it maybe cause your site difficult to get traffic from mobile visitor

Design very familiar, you can use the news site theme. But the content is nice, the future will be much visitors.

The size of the images are not well, you need to resize the images,also the slider images are not so impressive, you can try for some different images.you can add some quality content so that the visitors like to visit your site again and again.

The design looks decent but not wow. The content is ok. Keep working on it.
