what is the framework you use for responsive design?

During last two years I have been switching between responsive design with hard coding jquery and css by hand or using frameworks such as gummby / bootstrap / fundation web, but I have problems in all of them.
Here I want to ask you that which one of this ways or frameworks do you use for responsive website developement and what is the benefit?
