What is the difference between dofollow and nofollow links?

Dofollw link is link your site to another site and pass link juice but Nofollow don't pass the link juice.

DoFollow link can be counting google as backlink and NoFollow backlink can not counting by google

dofollow is increase traffic on site and generating backlink but nofollow just increase traffic on your site but not generating backlink

I think in the seo process both no follow and do follow links matter
do follow count as back link to the site from search engine. It's important for site ranking to get quality back links.no follow doesn't count as back link to the site from search engine but it can be helpful as an traffic generate source if it's come from high pr sites.
