many visitor but no click !

i got a problem in my site please help me
i got so many visitor 1000 2000 3000 per day but there is no click on the google ads just 0 or 1 per day :/ what i do my site is : important-world.blogspot.com

Actually there is nothing to do if visitor are not clicked on your add.
