Looks great. The image above the fold looks incomplete and since its a guitar shop, it would be better if you had a better image in place. The products in the catalog can be presented in a much organized manner. This looks clumsy.

I'd love to chat more about product organization... anything in particular that stood out to you?

Site has a few technical faults which slow it down - for me 5.9 seconds load time would see me clicking off & 1 more bounce for you. I'm gonna guess your bounce rate is 80%+?

You have no expires headers set for at least 10 components, you are running a lot of unoptimised javascript on the page, have 10 external stylesheets running (10!!) and a few other technical faults which will make the page unappealing to a new visitor.

Looks pretty good, maybe change the grab email popup to be just before a user exits the page rather than at the very start (another turnoff).

Rusty i would add a chat support like smartsupp also allows you to see how people Behave in the Webpage and learn how to improve the product organization based on how people searches and navigates.

Also i would fix the top as some squares i think is missing some images.
