What is the best Article Submission site to SEO work?

In my opinion, article submission is still working. But here just one thing is to be maintaining in mind that, select only authenticate sites for submission your article. You may use hubpages and squidoo for submission.

After the Google panda update, I don't think there is any benefits of article submission. Instead of article submission, you should focus on blogging for your own website (write meaningful content and use inter-linking strategy) and may be you can write guest post occasionally in similar niche.

Article submission is just flooded with content there's not enough intelligence to decipher whether or not it's of good quality or not.
