I can not using some of the United Kingdom,Australia and Canada classified websites while posting my content and create the account.if i have create the content it showed like its only for UK country people,Australian and Canadian people.Then how to targeting the business to that countries by posting classified.Is there any techniques to create the account and post classified that kind of websites?

Some websites having this problem but most of classified websites you can easily submit.
