Page Rank is a tool based rank which is given by Google but it did not updated since last one year. SERP stands for Search Engine Results Pages. SERP is the position of the webpage in search engines on any keyword search.

Page rank is 1-10 ranking system assigned by Google. It's fairly difficult to be ranked this way by Google unless you have a large amount of conversions (people clicking onto and inside of your site). SERP is how you show up on an organic Google search.

PageRank is the grade (1 to 10) your web page gets from headmaster Google. SERP is the position of your website in Google's search engine results based on a certain keyword combination.
