Please Review CricXper.com

Hi, please review my website. CricXpert.com has been up since 2011. I have been working on it for three years. Most recently my Google Ads were disabled here and to get those back I made changes in the blog. I simply deleted all posts that were not meeting policies of Google. Now, I have a problem. My websites is not performing well. Please review my website and suggest changes for proper SEO.
