Business Listing

Hello Everyone! I have a website and i want to add this website in google my business but i have address of the website is USA. and want to target keywords for INDIA and DUBAI. is it possible and have some issue?

For my business registration you need to have local business. You need local address and phone no. Google verify the address with physical letter and also verify the phone no. Second, Google my business page doesn't ensure you Google local ranking. They verify it with some other data bases likes of yelp. So the way you want to do won't help.
