The site looks neat, great images and may be you can work on the font size. A slightly bigger font size would be soothing to the eyes. Also, there is a huge space between "Beauty" & "and".

you should crop images to fit in your slide show.. slideshow is re sizing your images which is making it bad looking . You can use sidebars in both sides.

Also i clicked to a link, and the way the text appears, seems link the site is broken!
Also but location of your google ads banners....

It's highly suggested that you optimize the images on your website, it makes loading very very slow. It took almost 10-12 seconds for the entire website to load on a 1Mbps connection.

I'd recommend to remove the background wallpaper and keep the background clean.

The site doesn't makes one stay on it for a longer time, due to its uninspiring design.
