Good question. Yes, you can get backlinks from Wikipedia. To get backlinks from Wikipedia first you have to find dead links relevant to your niche in Wikipedia. Then you have to create a page with relevant information of that Wikipedia page. After that replace that dead link from your new link.

It doesn't make any sense to get link from Wikipedia because Wiki provides no follow link. You only get visitor.

Wikipedia will not give dofollow links, first you need to have a page in wikipedia. To create a page in wikipedia you should submit original fresh content with references.
