Hi all. What is you opinion?

Hi all, I am Joe, owner of the personal finance site Moneyjojo. What is your opinion on Google's ranking algorithms?

When I started blogging it was much simpler to get your keywords ranked. If it didn't rank your site, your Google+ link would rank. Now Google+ links have pretty much disappeared from Google search. What are your opinions?
