what are the strategies we can use to target globally?

I have website which is ranked locally, now am targeting globally, please share the ideas to reach globally?

It is actually easier to target Google US than local Google since most of the sites available are targeting globally. Just do content sharing and promote your services as an answer to other people's needs.
