Inner pages are showing instead of home page

I am doing SEO for an educational site globalfti.com. But in search google is showing inner pages instead of home page for this site. Please help what is the issue.

you do just concentrate on your canonical tags please...

check title desc and keyword which you had targeted and then give proper canonical if needed.
