How to increase PR
 

I am trying my best to increase Page Rank (PR) of personal blog that is in existence for the last three years, Can any have better suggest in this regard? It would be highly appreciated if any suggestions are posted here. Many thanks and have a great day.:neer_neer

It's a though question. You can increase PR if to your website will provide lot of backlinks from websites with high PR. But unfortunately PR is now very rare updated factor. I wish it could update automatically, but no, google do it in some manually way. And it's very probably, that google will resign from PR, as they said few times before. Every next update of this factor are more rare, so it look like they really withdraw from the ranking based on the green bar.

quality meaning what? you can have unique content but irrelevant.

Quality meaning the level of content which we post on our website need to be useful for the users and the content should be accurate not the irrelevant content should be needed for post and article.
