i am confusion on two words article and forum please give me some idea about article and forum

Article is integral part of a document (such as a contract, constitution, or statute) identified by a unique number.An article is a member of a small class of determiners that identify a noun's.and the forum are not the place to submit a review, but are discussion boards where travelers can ask (and answer) as many travel-related questions as they like, share personal experiences and get their advice from fellow members.
