If you have the knowledge about how to create site map then this is best to create manually. But, this is time taking process. You can DO this easily with software's or online
then why we need to spend more time for same work. Software's also do well.

I think some related tools or software are better than creating sitemap manually. However, you should check it manually after using the software or tools to create your sitemap.
