Queries about Meta Title and Description?

Inserting more keywords on Meta title and meta description is good for SEO or not?If good means how many keywords can i add on meta title and description?

Title and Meta descriptin are ESSENTIAL parts of on-page SEO

It depends on the number of keywords you can get into each one. The length of the Meta Descriptoin is around 70-80 characters. Meta Descriptin upto 160 characters

It not correct too many key words in meta tags because it is considered as 'key word stuffing'.
Our main website title tag should have less than 72 characters.

Don't stuff your keywords in meta tags. Title should be 60 to 67 characters and Meta description should have 150 characters.
