How to create the Wikipedia page?

We could get the detailed information regarding all the celebrities and famous artist.But i want to know how to create that wikipedia and who are maintaining that each wikipedia's?If i want to create own wikipedia means what will i do?

Now a days every one know wikipedia and everybody read information on google. Actually it is user friendly so.Simply go to wikipedia then register and then create your wikipedia page. It good for seo.
