Ok, absolutely need MORE work. Has anybody told you that your "Top paid to click, trusted, best ptc sites" and everything in your header cannot be read? I had to pass the mouse the fonts in order to read them. Font color almost equal to background color. Almost 0 contrast ratio. Your site will not get love from Google robots because they think you are hiding somethings that you don't want the people to see but the robots to see. Make your stuff stand out.

The header image is interesting, you might find SEO benefit from internal text linking in your header menu instead of the images - looks great though!

your site seems good but top header images color combination is not good, difficult to read text.
