Generate new code for your website and place it on website.
How did you know that someone copied your code? |
Re submit your site to google webmaster tool. It will provide you new code to verify your ownership of the website again.

It is not possible. I have one question who gave him your website code and how do you know that? It is really a nonsense thing. And remember one thing each website has its unique google analytics code and if some one add that code in his website then that code was not worked in the website.
