Review my site

Hii,

I have created a new website, Please review and suggest me what kind of changes i should do in website.

Is the site you want us to review in your signature? If so, below are my suggestions:
1) The characters on your website are too small to read.
2) The navigation is too small and doesn't look professional.
3) The banner doesn't show enough information to let your visitors know who you are and what you do.

If I were your target user, I will not trust your website. ( I am sorry but I mean no offense here).

All the websites are made from the same template, it does not make sense to me especially if each will be serving a different purpose. At least change the colors and placements of certain elements..
