What's the difference between organic vs. paid results?

Organic results are those result when a person enter keyword and our site match with that keyword and he/she open that link.


Paid results are those result when person visit our site with advertisement like ppc and many more.

Organic results is the results at the bottom of paid results in search engines. The paid results appear at the top and side. You need to pay to whatever search engine to display your ads on their site. It is not cheap in general.

When you can rank on the organic search results (below paid results) you get all the traffic free. Also, people tend to pass the paid results and check out the free results first.
