i will begin what is low level language:
low level language is any language that is written in matchine code, it talks directly to your machine, no nead to be interpreted or compiled, High level languages: these language are easier to write, but they must be interpreted or compiled to be converted into machine code, so they are slower than low level (not that much on today hardware) |
High-level language is any programming language that enables development of a program in much simpler programming context and is generally independent of the computer's hardware architecture.

High level language is used to create software application. This language is also known as 4th level language. They are structure oriented and data oriented language. Examples are : C, C++, Java etc.
