Hello guy's as we know that meta keyword is not read by Google then why we use for website...

It may not be used by Google for ranking purposes as much, but it's still relevant for determining what the main keywords are for that page.

Yes agree with @dantefrizzoli. We use them for determining the relevant keywords for that particular webpage.
