Adding Link to Yahoo Directory
 

The annual price of adding to yahoo directory is around $200 for a single link. My website page rank is 2 and I am working to have quality do-follow links to increase my page rank.
I am not sure if links in yahoo directory is do-follow or not and is it worth to have backlink from yahoo directory for $200? If not, suggest alternative for this.

Will my page rank increase from 2 to 3 if I add my link in yahoo directory?

It can't say about pagerank.
It depend on many factors.
Just creat quality backlinks to promote pagerank.
for this spend most of time in forum.
