Has anyone tried clickwinks ?

I tried clickwinks cpa network after reading positive reviews on net. I reached their threshold of $50 in december 2013. they said that payment will be made by 20th march. But i still didn't get the payment. Has anyone tried clickwinks ?? Please share your experience.
