well, in general I like your site's layout, colors are eye-pleasing and not frustrating at all.
The page structure also seems to be almost perfect.

As for me, I think you should add facebook and twitter buttons, not just g+ like you have now. Also it's a great idea to add likes, retweets and +1 count buttons. You can found them easily on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ developer's corner)

I can also recommend you to check your website via http://www.statscrop.com/ This powerful tool will show you the aspect that should be improved.

Actually, the main problem for the reviewer like me is that I don't knwo the language of the site, so I can't add more thourough thoughts on how to improve your website...
