Probably you have to concentrate on this 2 things :
1. Off page SEO: by generated a Good - organic keyword or anchor text (that linked to your site of course and would be better if not only linked to your homepage but to other important page on your site also) on related article on forum or other sites that have a related content to your site.
2. On page SEO: by creating an optimized site (user and googlebot friendly) like creating sitemaps, quick respond sites and have a good & organic internal links.
