I have started working on a Authority website, and I am not doing anything blackhat. What are some key things in mind I should keep if I want to rank well?

Such as page speed, urls , interlinking etc.

A good website is well structured and well designed. It have a user friendly content so that user owns it. Its design is attractive and cool related to your business.

Quality content and all tag should be used in all pages. Meta tags title and keyword should be unique in all page.

If you really want well rank of website so first analysis you website and see website structure, sub url structure, content quality , keyword density and keyword cloud, it should be user friendly.
