Is all of your content orginal? I have a friend that could not get adsense because a few of his pages had material he copied from another site. How long have you been waiting?

You need a privacy policy in readable English and that mentions DART cookies. Your biggest problem though may be enough original content. Google has become quite picky on that front with adsense sites. They my also kill it if they don't like where you get your traffic from.
