Is it possible to get 1st page ranking to the web design , ecommerce related keywords within a month ? if yes explain me what effective methods i should use to get these rankings.

If no than how long it will take to get good rankings if i am regularly working on it and its a new website.

Yes use Google adword surely yo gain top position in search engine...:) on the other hand if you talk about organic search it will take time depend upon different factors.
